This page is to be used for the November Toy Sale Only Consignor Guidelines- It is very important to follow the following guidelines. This is a toy only sale.  We will not accept any clothing, equipment, stuffed animals, ect.  Just toys, gaming systems, games, books, DVD’s, Little Tikes, Some winter sport equipment.  When in doubt please ask. 1)      All items must have all parts and pieces. Please check and count all parts.  If you were giving an item as a gift you would want all parts and pieces and the item working. 2)      Working batteries must be in all items that require batteries to work. 3)      No dirty items.  If you have items that are dirty they will be rejected.  A good cleaning tool for crayon marks or dirt is the magic eraser or soft scrub. 4)      Only bikes with inflated tires and in like new condition. Rips and deflated tires will be rejected. 5)      $2 minimum price with the exception of individual books.  Price in .50 increments. 6)      Any item that you do not want going ½ price on Sunday put a red dot next to the price(Must be red and large enought to see). 7)      Parts and pieces must be securely taped to the item in a baggie.  If not, they get opened and lost.  Tape all baggies shut. 8)      Limit of 3 VHS Tapes NEW THIS TIME-RECYCLED HOME (This is for the November Sale only) Recycled Home Guidelines- Please follow guidelines.  If you have questions on a particular items please ask. 1)     All items must be clean and in working condition.  Check your items before you bring them. Batteries are required to be in the item if required. 2)     Items must be free from dirt and stains.  3)     $2 minimum price.  4)     Any item that you do not want going 1/2 price on Sunday put a red dot next to the price(Must be red and large enought to see). 5)     Limit of  5 adult reading books Acceptable Items for the home sale: Bedding Sets (Must be bagged.  You can purchase large ziplocks at Wal-Mart.  Clear bagging is better.We will reject anything not bagged. No crib bedding) Furniture-Sofas, Love Seats, Table & Chairs, End Tables ect. Must be free from stains and smoke and pet smell.  All items must be sturdy and in good condition. (Please note if your item does not sell you will have to pick it up on Sunday) Home Decor-Pictures and decorations, Complete dish sets (These can be boxed, but pattern must be visible), Pots and Pans, Mirrors and misc. accessories. Small electric appliances inexcellent working condition. Craft and Scrapbooking items We will not be able to accept large appliances, computers, mattresses or bed pillows.     Tagging- You are required to use our tag template that may be downloaded from the download page on our website. You must print on cardstock paper as regular paper tears. Instructions on how to use the tag template are also available on the download page.  Make sure that your consignor number and price are bar coded.  You may hand write in the description.   Drop-Off- An appointment is required.  Drop off times are Tues. Nov 10th from 3:00pm-7:00pm and Wed. Nov. 11th from 9:00am-5:00pm   Please make sure that you make an appointment. This can be done by email if you like. Please state your preferred time for drop-off.  If you do not make an appointment and just show up please be aware that we will take our appointments first so you may have to wait awhile. Please also reference your consignor number.  There will be a $5 fee due at drop off to help with expenses.   Workers- Please volunteer to help out.  This allows you to shop early.  Workers may attend the workers sale to be held Wednesday November 11th from 6:00pm-8:00pm. A ticket is required to attend. If you are interested in working, sign up early as we have a limited need for workers this sale.   Shifts: Tues.     Nov. 10th       3:00pm-7:00pm Wed.      Nov. 11th       9:00am-1:00pm & 1:00pm-5:00pm Wed. & Thurs.  Nov. 11th & 12th 6:00pm-8:30pm  Worker and Consignor night Must be able to work both shifts.  You will shop early Wed.  I will discuss with you times. Fri.        Nov. 13th       9:00am-1:00pm  &  1:00pm-5:00pm Sat.        Nov. 14th      9:00am-1:00pm  &  1:00pm-5:00pm Sun.       Nov. 15th      9:00am-1:00pm  &  1:00pm-5:00pm   Consignor Pre-Sale- This will be held Thursday November 12th  from 6:00pm-8:00pm.  You must be a consignor.  For this sale, only consignors can attend.  Please do not bring your friends or relatives that are not consigning.  This is a special sale for consignors only.  A ticket is required.   Pick-Up- Sunday November 15th from 6:30pm-8:30pm.  Checks will hopefully be ready at pick up.  If time falls short they will be mailed no later than Tuesday.   If you decide that you can not participate for any reason please let us know as we plan our workers and schedule around the number of participants.   If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at beckybrooks@recycledkidssale.com or call me at 636-978-3643.   Thank you, Becky Brooks   www.recycledkidssale.com
