Volunteers Needed-St. Charles Sale We are in need of volunteer workers for the following days and times.  Volunteers are invited to attend a workers sale, which will be held on Wednesday August 18th from 3:00pm-8:00pm. Volunteers that sign up to work our Sunday August 22nd shift may also attend the half price sale Sunday at 8:00am. Volunteers will be entered into a drawing for $25.00 cash that will be given away on Sunday at the close of the sale. Volunteers working Thursday August 19th and the Sunday August 22nd (sorting shift) will be entered in additional drawings of $25.00 for each of those days. All volunteers working at least a 4 or 5 hour shift will be able to attend the workers sale. Volunteers working 8 or more hours will have their consignor fee waived. We also need husbands for the set up and tear down.  If you would like to volunteer him instead of yourself you will receive the same benefits.  He must be able to lift heavy objects. We need volunteers for the following shifts: Set-Up Monday August 16th          8am-12pm  You must be able to lift for this shift.  You will be unloading and setting up racks and equipment. Drop-Off Monday August 16th       12:30pm-4:30pm and 2:30pm-6:30pm Tuesday August 17th       8:30am-12:30pm  and 12:30pm-4:30pm and 4:30pm-8:30pm Wednesday August 18th  9:00am-1:00pm  and  10:00am-2:00pm        Duties for the drop off shift will be inspecting clothing and equipment as it comes in.  Inspection of the clothing will be looking for stains, holes, missing buttons, working zippers, ect. Once inspected, clothing will be placed on the racks by sex and size. Toys will be inspected to ensure all parts are present, that batteries are working, and that the items are in clean working condition. Worker and Consignor Sale Wednesday August  18th      3:00pm-8:00pm Duties would include taking tags off items, cleaning and straightening the floor, and helping customers.   Sale Days Thursday August 19th     8:30am-12:30pm        12:00pm-4:00pm       3:00pm-7:00pm Friday August 20th          8:30am-12:30pm         12:30pm-4:30pm      2:00pm-6:00pm Saturday August 21st     9:00am-1:00pm             1:00pm-5:00pm Sunday August 22nd       8:30am-12:30pm           9:30am-1:30pm        2:00pm-7:00pm (sorting) Duties during the sale days will be taking tags and hangers off clothing at the register and bagging items.  We will need people to be on the floor straightening items and helping customers. We will also need people in the toy and equipment are tagging and checking sold items. We need several people for the Sunday sorting which will be carefully sorting individual items back into consignor number order.  Volunteers for the sorting shift will be entered int he Sunday sort drawing. Pickup Monday August 23rd    8:00am-1:00pm Monday August 23rd  12:00pm-4:00pm Tear down and loading. Must be able to lift. This is a very busy shift.  You will be handing out left over items to consignors.  You must be able to move at a fast pace and lift. Thanks to everyone that helps out.  We would not be able to do this without you.     Volunteers Needed-Belleville Sale Volunteers for the Belleville sale will be able to attend the workers sale that will be held Thursday September 9th at 4:00pm.  We wil also hold a $25 cash drawing at the end of the sale for all workers.
